This policy describes how Biocom LLP (BIN 210340023012; 97A Abish Kekilbayuly St., Apt. 5, Bostandyk District, Almaty 050060, Kazakhstan) – the operator of the fontany.kz website – processes the data of website visitors. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V “On personal data and its protection,” dated May 21, 2013.

2. What data we process

There are no forms on the website: the website does not collect personal data through forms, input fields, or user accounts. All contact buttons lead to external channels – WhatsApp, a phone call, or product pages on Kaspi.kz; the user initiates contact themselves.

  • Technical data – when you visit the website, we automatically process your IP address, the date and time of the request, the addresses of the pages visited, the referral source, your browser and device type, and the technical cookies necessary for the website’s operation and security.
  • Data from contact channels – if you write to us on WhatsApp or call, we receive your name (if you provide it), your phone number, and the content of your message. This data is additionally processed under the rules of the respective platform operators.

3. Purposes of processing

  • responding to inquiries and supporting customers;
  • fulfilling agreements: consultations, preparing a quote, delivery, installation, and service;
  • maintaining the stability and security of the website (technical logs);
  • complying with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. Cross-border transfer

The servers of the external services listed above may be located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. In that case, data is transferred within the framework of these operators’ policies and the requirements of Kazakhstan’s laws on the cross-border transfer of personal data.

7. Retention periods

The website’s technical logs are kept no longer than necessary for the purposes of security and stable operation. Correspondence in contact channels is kept until the consultation is completed or contractual and warranty obligations are fulfilled, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction, restriction of processing, or deletion, as well as an explanation of how it is processed. You can send a request by phone at +7 701 515-07-17 or on WhatsApp. We respond within the time frames established by Kazakhstan’s laws.

9. Data protection

We apply organizational and technical protection measures: minimized access, secure communication channels, and monitoring of technical logs. When interactions take place through external services, those services’ operators apply their own protection measures.

10. Minors

The website is not intended to knowingly process children’s data. If a child’s data has been provided without the consent of a legal guardian, we will delete it upon a substantiated request.

11. Links to external resources

The website contains links to external services (WhatsApp, Kaspi.kz, and others). The operators of those services are responsible for their content and data processing – we recommend reviewing their privacy policies.
